The President of the Republic, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, has stated that education and skills training are the most important source of empowering and providing opportunities to the youth to help drive Ghana’s development, and in the process create jobs.

The President of the Republic, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, says the priority of his government is to build the most business-friendly and people-friendly economy in Africa, which will create jobs and prosperity for all Ghanaians.

The President of the Republic, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, has reiterated the commitment of his government towards the industrial transformation of the country’s economy, the diversification of agriculture and an increase in agricultural productivity, and the creation of a strong social services sector in Ghana.

The President of the Republic, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, has strongly advocated for enhanced international co-operation for effective monitoring, and a severe sanctions regime to address the problem of illegal and unregulated fishing.

Ghana has been named as one of the three countries in Africa to benefit from the Germany’s “Compact with Africa” Programme - a programme that will assist Ghana improve conditions for sustainable private sector investment, investment in infrastructure, economic participation, and employment in the country.
