The President of the Republic, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, has urged Governors of the United States of America not to ignore Africa, stating his belief that “this can be Africa’s century”.
The President of the Republic, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, says the work being undertaken by his government, over the course of his first year in office, is leading to the building of a resilient and robust economy, which will take Ghana to a situation beyond aid.
The Acting Chief Executive Officer of the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC), Mr. Jonathan Nash, has expressed his and the appreciation of the MCC to the President of the Republic, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, for his leadership in trying to find a lasting solution to the political impasse in Togo.
“There is a lot of opportunity for American capital, technology and enterprise in Ghana, and, indeed, in Africa, and we welcome companies from all your states to participate in the exceptional opportunities that exist in our country and on the continent.”
Government appreciates the sacrifices of the men and women in uniform, and will continue to provide the necessary logistics to enable them discharge their duty of ensuring law and order and protecting the nation’s borders, the President of the Republic, H.E. Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has assured.
