The Vice President of the Republic, Dr Mahamudu Bawumia, on Thursday 15th August, 2019, commissioned Ghana’s largest fertilizer factory at Asuboi in the Ayensuano District of the Eastern Region.

The President of the Republic, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, on Thursday, 15th August 2019, cut the sod for the commencement of the 2nd Phase of the Tamale Airport project.

The Chiefs and people of the Builsa South, in the Upper East Region, have conferred the title Aniwoba Nab, meaning Chief for the Poor and Vulnerable, on the President of the Republic, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo.

The President of the Republic, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, has been assured of the completion of the Tono Water Project by August 2021 and the rehabilitation and modernization of the Tono Irrigation Scheme by July 2020.

The President of the Republic, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, says the increased presence of members of the Ghana Armed Forces in the Upper East Region is to help secure the country’s borders.
