The President of the Republic, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, says his 3-day visit to Equatorial Guinea is to strengthen the bilateral ties that exist between the two countries, as well as explore areas of co-operation to the mutual benefit of their respective peoples.

Ghana has signed a Heads of Agreement with Equatorial Guinea for the supply of 150 million to 200 million standard cubic feet of gas per day of Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG), as part of the measures being put in place by the government of President Akufo-Addo to guarantee the country’s energy security.

The President of the Republic, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, has stated that the schools established by Churches formed the attitudes to life and characters of many Ghanaians, stressing that, today, more than ever, the traditions of discipline and hard work that characterised the Presbyterian schools of old are needed in our country.

The President of the Republic, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, returned to Ghana on Wednesday, August 23, 2017, after his 3-day official visit to Equatorial Guinea, with the visit serving as an opportunity for the two countries to strengthen existing bilateral cooperation.

The President of the Republic, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, has launched the Ghana Astronomy Radio Observatory at Kuntunse, and described the development as the beginning of a new era in Ghana’s quest to harness the potentials of Space Science and Technology for the accelerated socio-economic development of our country.
