The President of the Republic, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, has expressed satisfaction with work so far undertaken on the construction of a GH¢36 million watermelon juice factory, being established in Walewale in the North East Region.

“I want to end by saying a big thank you to the people of the North East Region, especially to the people of Walewale. You have given me a first-class assistant in the form of the Vice President Mahamudu Bawumia. He has been of great help to me and my government.”

The President of the Republic, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, on Monday, 21st June 2021, commissioned a newly constructed building for the Bolgatanga East District Assembly, following his working visit of the Upper East Region, which saw him visit Bolgatanga, Binduri and Bawku.

The Bawku Naba, who is also President of the Kusaug Traditional Council, Asigir Abugrago Azoka II, says the Chiefs and People of the Kusaug Traditional Area, and, indeed, all Ghanaians appreciate the policies of the President of the Republic, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, evident in his re-election on 7th December 2020.
