The President of the Republic, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, on Sunday, 9th September, 2018, cut the sod for the construction of the Axim sea defence wall, in fulfillment of the pledge he made to the people of Axim, in the run-up to the 2016 general elections.

The President of the Republic, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, says the ongoing rationalization of the banking sector, by the Bank of Ghana, is to enable the country emerge with the strongest set of indigenous banks which can help grow Ghana’s economy.
