The President of the Republic, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, has extended the appreciation of the nation to all health workers across the country for the continued sacrifices they are making in caring for those infected with the Coronavirus, and in caring for the sick in general.
The Ghana Academy of Arts and Sciences has described as “helpful and resolute” the show of leadership by the President of the Republic, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, in the fight against the growing threat of the COVID-19 in the country.
The Vice President, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia has donated 500 Cedis to each of the stranded Kayaye (head porters) who were stopped at Ejisu in the Ashanti Region on their way to the Northern Region.
