The President of the Republic, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, on Tuesday, 10th August 2021, commissioned the $16 million Weddi Africa Tomato Processing Factory, a company operating under the 1-District-1-Factory initiative, at Domfete, in the Berekum West District of the Bono Region.
The Paramount Chief of Nkoranza Traditional Area, Nana Kwame Baffoe IV, has stated that President Akufo-Addo’s reputation of resilience and courage has been exemplified in the unprecedented achievements achieved, thus far, by his administration in the Nkoranza Traditional Area.
The President of the Republic, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, on Sunday, 8th August 2021, at the commencement of his 2-day working visit to the Bono East Region, commissioned a fully furnished dual Court Complex building in Kintampo.
The Paramount Chief of the Prang Traditional Area in the Pru West District of the Bono East Region, Nana Kwadwo Nyarko III, has expressed his gratitude to the President of the Republic, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, for establishing a starch processing factory in his district under the “One District, One Factory” initiative.
“We, the Chiefs and people of Kintampo, remain indebted to you for the good works that you have done in our Municipality, through your good policies, programmes and projects in the various sectors of the economy, all aimed at improving the lives of our people. Your flagship policies easily come to mind.”
