The President of the Republic, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, on Wednesday, 1st September 2021, swore into office the new Board of the Lands Commission, and charged it to pursue aggressively the digitization of the records of the Lands Commission.

The President of the Republic, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, has cut the sod for the commencement of work for the construction of the one hundred- and forty-five-million-dollar ($145 million) sports complex at Borteyman, in the Greater Accra Region, which will be used for the 2023 African Games. 

“Since signing the Compact, we, in Ghana, have tackled systematically the structural challenges which have inhibited our drive towards becoming “Africa’s Investment Hub”. This has been done through the implementation of targeted policies across focus areas, such as establishing macroeconomic stability, enhancing domestic revenue mobilization, improving fiscal risk management, and strengthening our business legal and regulatory frameworks to de-risk private investments.”

The Vice President, Dr Mahamudu Bawumia, has charged MPs on the Majority side of Parliament to continually arm themselves with the “great success stories and achievements” chalked by the Akufo-Addo administration to dismantle any propaganda and lies churned out by the opposition.

The Vice President, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia has said that the government of President Akufo-Addo has worked towards the interest of Ghanaians by pursuing progressive and impactful policies.
